Help!!!!!!
Been with Turo the last 2 years never had issues, but claims has become a joke!!
Contacted claims on May 30, i have not received a estimate and no nobody gives a shit about their host support. I have emailed, called, text, multiples diff ways and nobody returns calls. Snapsheet says they just got pics 4 days ago and have sent Turo the estimate but can not disclose to me. I am thinking of seeking legal action because it’s gotten to a point where Turo is completely ignoring the issue. PLEASE HELP!! Any ideas??!
